Twilight

Thanks Dad and Curtis for watching five rambunctious children under the age of four so we girls could cruse across town- stopping of course to see the much anticipated movie Twilight! For me the book was much better, though seeing the well-casted characters come to life on the big screen was a treat. We Hepworth women definitely are head-over-heels into all this vampire hoopla. However, the best part was being together- reading the books and then seeing the movie with my mom and sisters only added to all the hype. Everything is more fun AND EXCITING when in the company of loved ones!

Coldplay

Finally… we purchased our tickets nearly six months ago, but what an amazing date-night! Coldplay is Eric’s favorite band and according to him, the best concert ever. They are one of my preferred as well, though I have so many favorites it is difficult to narrow down- it depends on my mood, and Saturday I was in the mood for Coldplay! It was a fantastic show- without a doubt in my top three. To top off the evening the kids spent the night at Grandma and Grandpa’s house- no sleepy children to drag into bed after midnight!

The Christmas Sweater

Those closest to me know how much I enjoy Glenn Beck. He is my favorite media personality. Thanks to TiVo I never miss his show. Recently he authored a real Christmas tear-jerker. Short and sweet- I read it over lunch. An excellent way to get into the holiday spirit- a touching story written by someone who has truly inspired me!

Father and Son Game Time

Eric and Tyler had fun at the game last night. Eric had to chase down a Jazz employee to nab some clappers for Tyler, who enjoyed more than anything banging those noisemakers together- go figure!

Travis for President?

“Mom, my teacher said that I worked so hard on this it’s presidential. Maybe she thinks I will be president someday”.

Certainly something is missing in Travis’ rendition of the conversation between himself and his teacher. Although HIS interpretations always put a smile on my face!
